I like to keep things simple in an otherwise complicated industry.  To a large degree, that means being PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE.  When a reaction is required, then making a timely (not hasty!) one is important.  After 27 years of building, I am an early-riser by nature and like to get a jump on my day as soon as possible.  I am also used to the early morning call, so finding me when you need me is never a problem!

I have lived and worked in this area most of my adult life and hove constructed homes in Anne Arundel, Queen Annes, Talbot, Kent, Caroline, and Dorchester Counties, so I am quite familiar with the Planning and Zoning, and Permit departments of these Counties.  After a lifetime of "getting things done", I am confident in my ability to get my clients the answers they need and can rely upon.

On the personal side, I live in Easton, MD with my amazing wife, Tammy and our dog Josie (well known to many of my clients!!)  When not working our tails off (Tammy has a retro shop in Easton called Tammy's Cool Things), we love to take off in our RV to new places or sneak off to our waterfront property in Accomac, Virginia where we camp and kayak on Metompkin Bay.
